ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်သက်တမ်းကာလမှာ [ 01/08/2026 ] မှ [ 31/08/2026 ] ရက်နေ့အထိ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဆုကြီးအဖြစ် လစဉ် [10 GB] ကို (5) ယောက် ဆုပေးအပ်သွားပါသည်။ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်သက်တမ်းကာလအတွင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုရယူသောသူအားလုံးအတွက် ဤပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်သည် အကျုံးဝင်ပါသည်။ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ် အသေးစိတ် ၁။ သဘောတူညီချက် TapTube မှ စီစဉ်သော “MPT 10GB Data Campaign” တွင် ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းနိုင်ရန်အတွက် သင်သည် ဤစည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များကို သဘောတူပါသည်။ ၂။ အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မီမှု ၂.၁။ ဤပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်/ကံစမ်းမဲအစီအစဉ်၌ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ဝန်ထမ်းများမှအပ အသက် (၁၈) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိသော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ MPT ဆင်းမ်ကတ်အသုံးပြုသူများအားလုံးသည် ယခုဖော်ပြထားသော စည်းကမ်းချက်များအတိုင်း ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းနိုင်ပါသည်။ ၂.၂။ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏မိသားစုဝင်များသည် ဤပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်/ကံစမ်းမဲအစီအစဉ်အား ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းခွင့်မရှိပါ။ ၃။ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်/ကံစမ်းမဲအစီအစဉ်ကာလ ၃.၁။ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်သက်တမ်းကာလမှာ [ 01/08/2026 ] မှ [ 31/08/2026 ] ရက်နေ့အထိ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၃.၂။ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်သက်တမ်းကာလ ကုန်ဆုံးပြီးနောက်မှ ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းသော/တင်သွင်းလာသော အချက်အလက်များနှင့် ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းသူများအား ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ၄။ ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းရမည့်နည်းလမ်း ၄.၁။ အသုံးပြုသူများသည် TapTube ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ရယူထားရပါမည်။ အသုံးပြုသူမှ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို မပယ်ဖျက်မချင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုသက်တမ်းကို အလိုအလျောက် တိုးမြှင့်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ၄.၂။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုရယူရန် [8934] သို့ <ON> ပေးပို့ခြင်း၊ [*9595*29#] ကို ခေါ်ဆိုခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် <www.taptubemm.com> လင့်ခ်သို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုရယူနိုင်ပါသည်။ ၅။ ကံထူးရှင်ရွေးချယ်ခြင်း ၅.၁။ ကံထူးရှင်အား ကျပန်းမဲနှိုက်သည့်စနစ်ဖြင့် ပရိုမိုးရှင်းကာလပြီးသည့်အချိန်မှစ၍ (၁၅) ရက်အတွင်း ရွေးချယ်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်/ကံစမ်းမဲအစီအစဉ်နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ပြဿနာတစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာပါက ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သည်သာလျှင် အတည်ဖြစ်ပါမည်။ ၅.၂။ ကံထူးရှင်ရွေးချယ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကို ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ဆုံးဖြတ်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သည် အတည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သတင်းအချက်အလက်လုံခြုံမှုရှိစေရန် ကံထူးရှင်ရွေးချယ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အား ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာသွားမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ၆။ ချီးမြှင့်မည့်ကံထူးဆုများ ၆.၁။ ဆုအဖြစ် [10 GB Data] ကို ကံထူးရှင် (5) ယောက်အား ပေးအပ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ၆.၂။ ဆုကို ငွေသားဖြင့် လဲလှယ်၍မရပါ။ ၇။ ကံထူးရှင်အား အကြောင်းကြားခြင်း ၇.၁။ ကံထူးရှင်များအား ပရိုမိုးရှင်းကုန်ဆုံးသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ (၁၅) ရက်အတွင်း ရွေးချယ်ပြီး MPT_WINNER မှတစ်ဆင့် စာတိုပေးပို့ခြင်းနှင့် 09-43000055 သို့မဟုတ် 09-409666880 ဖုန်းနံပါတ်မှ ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုခြင်းဖြင့် အကြောင်းကြားပေးပါမည်။ ကံထူးရှင်အား ရွေးချယ်အကြောင်းကြားသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ ရက်ပေါင်း (၃၀) အတွင်း ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ဆုများကို ပေးအပ်သွားပါမည်။ ၇.၂။ ဆုရရှိသူကံထူးရှင်သည် ကံစမ်းမဲဆုရယူရန် ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်းကြားပြီး (၁၅) ရက်အတွင်း ချက်ချင်းပြန်လည်ဆက်သွယ်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ သတ်မှတ်ရက်အတွင်း ပြန်လည်ဆက်သွယ်ရန် ပျက်ကွက်ပါက ကံစမ်းမဲဆုကို အလိုအလျောက် ဆုံးရှုံးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကုမ္ပဏီမှ အခြားကံထူးရှင်ကို ဆက်လက်ရွေးချယ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဆုအား သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့်အတိုင်း ထုတ်ယူရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဆုအား သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့်အတိုင်း အသုံးပြုနိုင်ခြင်းမရှိသည့် ကံထူးရှင်အား မည်သည့်ပေးလျော်မှုမျှ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ဆုများအား အခြားအရာတစ်ခုခု သို့မဟုတ် ငွေသားဖြင့် လဲလှယ်ထုတ်ယူခွင့်မရှိပါ။ ၈။ စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့် မကိုက်ညီခြင်း ၈.၁။ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို ချိုးဖောက်သော သို့မဟုတ် မသမာသော၊ ကျင့်ဝတ်သိက္ခာမဲ့သော အပြုအမူရှိသော ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းသူများ၏ ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းမှုအား လက်မခံဘဲ ပယ်ချမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ယခုသတ်မှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုမရှိသော ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းသူများကို ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ၉။ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဥပဒေ ၉.၁။ ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုထားပါသည်။ ၉.၂။ ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ဥပဒေများ၊ တရားရုံး သို့မဟုတ် စီရင်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုခုမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည့် စည်းမျဉ်းများ၊ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာများ၊ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များ သို့မဟုတ် အမိန့်များနှင့်အညီ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ ၉.၃။ ဤအစီအစဉ်၏ စည်းကမ်းချက်များနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာစာသားများနှင့် မြန်မာဘာသာစာသားများအကြား ကွဲလွဲမှုတစ်စုံတစ်ရာရှိပါက မြန်မာဘာသာစာသားများကသာလျှင် လွှမ်းမိုးအတည်ဖြစ်စေရမည်။ ၉.၄။ ဤအစီအစဉ်၌ ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းသူ၏ ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းသည် အစီအစဉ်တကျဖြစ်သည့် သို့မဟုတ် အစီအစဉ်တကျမဖြစ်သည့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကြားဖြတ်ခြင်းတို့နှင့် ကြုံတွေ့နိုင်ပါသည်။ ဤအစီအစဉ်နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ကြားဖြတ်နှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်း၊ လိုင်းကျခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဝင်ရောက်၍မရခြင်းတို့ ဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့ပါက ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းသူ သို့မဟုတ် အခြားတတိယလူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တစ်ဦးဦးအပေါ် MPT အနေဖြင့် တာဝန်တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ တင်ရှိမည်မဟုတ်ကြောင်း ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းသူက သဘောတူလက်ခံရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၉.၅။ ဤအစီအစဉ်အား ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းသူမှ အသုံးပြုမှု သို့မဟုတ် အလွဲသုံးစားပြုမှု၊ အခြားအသုံးပြုသူများနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ သို့မဟုတ် ဤအစီအစဉ်နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် အခြားလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများ သို့မဟုတ် ပျက်ကွက်မှုများအတွက် MPT နှင့် TapTube တွင် မည်သည့်တာဝန်မျှရှိမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ၁၀။ အသေးစိတ်သိရှိရန် အသေးစိတ်သိရှိရန် 09-409666880 သို့မဟုတ် TapTube Facebook Messenger ကို ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။

1. Agreement By participating in the MPT 10GB Data Campaign organized by TapTube, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). 2. Eligibility 2.1. Any Myanmar citizen aged 18 or above who is in Myanmar and uses an MPT SIM card may participate in this Campaign, except employees of MPT and TapTube. 2.2. Employees of the Company, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with this Campaign are not eligible to participate. 3. Campaign Duration 3.1. The Campaign starts on 01/08/2026 and ends on 31/08/2026. 3.2. Entries or participants submitted after the end of the Campaign will not be considered. 4. How to Participate 4.1. Participants must subscribe to and use the TapTube service. The service subscription will renew automatically until the participant unsubscribes. 4.2. To access the service, send <ON> to [8934], dial [*9595*29#], or visit <www.taptubemm.com>. 5. Selection of Lucky Draw Winners 5.1. Winners will be selected through a random draw within 15 days after the Campaign ends. The Company’s decision regarding any issue arising from this Campaign will be final. 5.2. The Company will determine the winner-selection process, and its decision will be final. To protect information security, the Company will not disclose the winner-selection process. 6. Prizes 6.1. Five (5) winners will each receive 10 GB of data. 6.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 7. Winner Notification and Prize Collection 7.1. Winners will be selected within 15 days after the Campaign ends and notified by SMS from MPT_WINNER or by a call from 09-43000055 or 09-409666880. The Company will award the prizes within 30 days of the winner-selection date. 7.2. A winner must respond to and contact the Company within 15 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified period will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected. Prizes must be accepted as specified and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else. No compensation will be provided if a winner is unable to use the prize as specified. 8. Disqualification 8.1. Participants who breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior may be disqualified. Participants who do not comply with the prescribed Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to win the Campaign. 9. Governing Law 9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. 9.2. These Terms are subject to the laws of Myanmar and any regulation, notification, directive, or instruction issued by a court or body of competent jurisdiction. 9.3. In the event of a conflict between the English and Myanmar versions of the Terms, the Myanmar version shall prevail. 9.4. Participation in the Campaign is subject to scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions. MPT will not be liable to participants or third parties for interruptions, planned or unplanned downtime, or access failures. 9.5. MPT and TapTube will not be responsible for a participant’s use or misuse of the Campaign, interactions with other users, or any other act or omission relating to the Campaign. 10.
